The countdown

The countdown has really begun now. I have 30 days left until Samantha's due date. 30 days left until my life changes forever... Now that the nursery is completed I am ready. I am ready to hold my little girl and breath her in. I am ready to count her toes and fingers, to run my fingers through her hair, to just...love her. I keep glancing into the little nursery and squinting my eyes, imagining her laying in the crib, cooing and babbling at the mobile lights. So far away and yet so close. We will meet soon my child.
